About the role
We are seeking a friendly and enthusiastic Customer Service & Takeaway Attendant to join our team at our Malanda, QLD location. In this casual role, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service and preparing takeaway orders. The ideal candidate will have a passion for customer service and experience working in a fast-paced retail or hospitality environment.

What you'll be doing

Greet customers in a friendly and welcoming manner

Respond to customer inquiries and assist with product selection

Process transactions accurately and handle cash handling responsibly

Prepare food and beverage orders for takeaway customers

Maintain a clean and organised work environment

Restock shelves and display products attractively

Assist with other general retail duties as required

What we're looking for

Strong customer service skills and a friendly, outgoing personality

Previous experience in a retail, hospitality or customer service role

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to work well in a team and independently

Attention to detail and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment

A passion for providing an exceptional customer experience

Ability to work various shifts including morning, afternoon, evenings, weekends and Public Holidays
