Sales & Customer Service – Join the Gardenscapes Team

GARDENSCAPES is looking for a friendly and enthusiastic team member to join our Sales & Customer Service team.

We’re a locally owned, 7-day trading business with two locations – Morayfield and Deception Bay – and we’re proud to offer lifestyle solutions to our customers every day.

Please note: Weekend work will apply, usually just one day per weekend, though the day may vary.

What the role involves

🛒 Customer Service & Sales

Deliver friendly, knowledgeable, and efficient service

Work with customers to understand their needs

Prepare quotes and provide product advice

Practice integrity, accuracy, and attention to detail

Use Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and our POS system confidently

Handle EFTPOS and cash transactions, including end-of-day reconciliation

🚚 Store & Delivery Support

Assist with lifting, loading, and unloading goods (up to 20–25kg)

Coordinate deliveries efficiently and follow through on commitments

Keep the store clean, safe, and well presented

Keep stock replenished and displays tidy

🤝 Teamwork & Communication

Take direction and communicate openly

Support your team and contribute to a positive, customer-focused culture

Be flexible – weekend availability is required

What we’re looking for

Landscaping or hardware knowledge (a bonus, not essential!)

A willingness to learn and share product knowledge

Strong phone manner and computer skills

Someone interested in growing with us long-term

Licences we value
