Penrith Gaels Cultural and Sporting Association is a proud community-based registered club located in the heart of Richmond, NSW. With over 5,000 members, our Club supports a wide range of cultural events, local sporting groups, and community initiatives. We offer a warm and welcoming environment with modern facilities, including a spacious dining area, function room, entertainment spaces, and a vibrant gaming lounge.

We are currently seeking a dedicated and experienced Part-Time (PPT) Supervisor to join our operational team. This is a hands-on role, ideal for someone who leads by example and takes pride in ensuring the smooth running of day-to-day Club activities.

Key Responsibilities & Requirements:

 Demonstrated experience in a supervisory or senior role in a registered/licensed venue

 Solid knowledge of TAB, Keno, Gaming, and Cellar operations

 Experience in opening and closing procedures

 RSA & RCG certifications – essential

 ARCG accreditation – highly regarded

 Strong computer literacy, including point-of-sale, membership, and venue management systems

 Accurate cash handling and reconciliation experience

 Confident managing venue security and incident response

 High level of customer service and team leadership

 Not afraid to get your hands dirty – willing to step in wherever needed to support the team

 Must be available day and night, Monday through Sunday (7-day roster flexibility essential)
