Food and Beverage Supervisor Permanent Part Time/Casual Position

This role will be ideal for someone with a passion to progress, is creative and versatile with coolness under the pump.

You will need to be flexible, with the ability to work evenings and weekends where required. This is a hands-on role, covering functions and various small outlets

Main Responsibilities include:

- Supervise Bar, Restaurant and small Functions to ensure they run smoothly and according to set standards

- Serve food, Coffees, Cocktails and other beverages

- Ensure meeting and function rooms are set up according to event orders on time and turned around efficiently.

- Monitor and maintain high levels of Member and Guest satisfaction by ensuring genuinely warm and efficient service with ability to smooth any complaints

- Be mindful of WHS requirements

- Ensure all Team Members remain RSA compliant.

Your Profile

- Minimum of 3 years in a similar Food and Beverage service-related role.

- Demonstrated people-management skills.

- Effective stakeholder management skills with ability to collaborate with other departments and build solid relationships for team outcomes

- A solutions-focused mindset and willing to be accountable

- Articulate and solid verbal and written English communication skills, computer literate

- Impeccable and unflappable presentation.

- Be flexible in dealing with unexpected challenges
