You’ll be the face of our venue during morning and lunchtime service, setting the tone with warmth, professionalism, and a laser-sharp focus on service. This is a hands-on role perfect for someone who leads by example and keeps the team and guests smiling.

What You’ll Bring

Outstanding front-of-house and waitressing skills – you're quick, attentive, and make customers feel special

Proven hospitality experience – at least 5 years in cafés, restaurants, or similar

leadership qualities – you inspire others and keep the team running smoothly

Strong focus on upselling, daily targets, and service excellence

A hands-on, can-do attitude – you're not afraid to roll up your sleeves

Great communication and problem-solving skills
