In this role, you'll report to the Agency's Enterprise Management Office and play a key part in supporting the rollout of IT initiatives and driving organisational change through effective training and development programs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Evaluate and identify IT training needs and the necessary skill levels throughout the organisation.
• Design and develop user-friendly training materials, including guides, standard operating procedures, quick reference tools, and video tutorials.
• Facilitate both online and face-to-face training to boost digital skills and encourage effective use of new systems.
• Support the organisations change initiatives by ensuring smooth adoption of new technologies through timely, targeted training.
• Providing regular reporting on training implementation, participation rates, and effectiveness, confirming results with both end users and their managers.

Selection Criteria:

• Strong professional experience in developing and facilitating IT and technical training programs.
• Experienced in delivering results independently and as part of a cohesive team.
• Knowledge of assessing learner needs to deliver high-quality training programs and materials
• Ability to effectively communicate with a wide range of stakeholders

Eligibility:

• Must be an Australian Citizen
• Ability to obtain and maintain a Baseline AGSVA Security Clearance
