About the role

In this role, you'll provide vital program coordination and secretariat support within a major technology delivery branch, helping drive projects from initiation through to implementation. Working closely with technical and business stakeholders, you'll be instrumental in maintaining smooth operations across project planning, reporting, risk management and communications.

What you will do

• Coordinate project planning activities, schedules, meetings and workshops
• Track project progress and manage risks, issues and dependencies
• Maintain project documentation, including registers, reports and kanban boards
• Support the Director with weekly status reporting and administrative tasks
• Engage stakeholders and facilitate effective communication across teams
• Support the implementation of strategies and new tools within the program

What you will bring

• Strong experience in project coordination, administration and secretariat support
• Excellent communication skills with a proactive, detail-oriented mindset
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook
• Familiarity with project tools such as Jira, Confluence and SharePoint (desirable)
• Flexibility, adaptability, and a willingness to learn new systems and practices
• Experience working in technology, PMO or business administration environments
