About the role

As the IT Training and Development Coordinator, you’ll play a key role in ensuring successful technology adoption across the organisation. Sitting within the Enterprise Change Management Office, you’ll deliver training programs that directly support business readiness and enhance the digital capability of staff during change and transformation initiatives.

What you will do

• Identify and assess training needs in collaboration with project and IT teams
• Create and deliver accessible, fit-for-purpose learning materials including user guides, videos and quick reference content
• Facilitate virtual and in-person training sessions aligned with major system rollouts and business change initiatives
• Work alongside change managers to embed training into broader change strategies
• Track, report and evaluate training outcomes to continuously improve the learner experience

What you will bring

• Demonstrated experience in IT training or technical instruction
• Ability to translate complex systems into clear, engaging training content
• Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills
• Experience delivering end-to-end training solutions for varied audiences
• Confident in both self-directed work and team collaboration
