Position

Due to an current staff members retirement, a fantastic opportunity has opened for a Senior Parts Interpreter to join their Brisbane team.

Your key responsibilities will include:
* Handling incoming phone & email enquiries
* Parts interpreting for a diverse customer base
* Providing technical support & advice
* Preparing quotes & pricing
* Liaising with head office on parts availability
* Organising transport & delivery
* Managing delivery timeframes & expectations
* Stock control & orders
* Assisting with general branch duties

Candidate

We're looking for someone from a parts interpreting background across earthmoving, trucks, heavy equipment, mining or automotive. Whether you're formally qualified or have built your skills on the job, we want to hear from you.

* Autonomous, driven & organised
* A strong communicator with great customer service skills
* Able to multitask & juggle multiple projects
