What You’ll Be Doing

Interpret, source, and process local/international parts orders with precision.

Liaise directly with internal technicians and customers to deliver effective solutions.

Manage and maintain inventory data using ERP systems (Pronto experience a bonus).

Collaborate with the Service & Engineering teams to meet key project timelines.

Drive process improvement, stock optimisation, and customer satisfaction.

You’ll Bring

Proven experience in a Parts Interpreter role (preferably in cranes, trailers, or transport).

Confidence using parts catalogues, schematics, and digital systems.

A proactive mindset with excellent communication and teamwork skills.

Ambition to step into a leadership position and make your mark.
