About the Role
We are seeking an experienced and driven Regional Sales Representative / Spare Parts Interpreter to join our Townsville or Brisbane branch. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is passionate about building strong customer relationships, driving sales growth, and contributing to a collaborative team environment.

Your key responsibilities will include:

Assisting with day-to-day sales transactions

Interpreting customer parts and component requirements using electronic parts manuals

Preparing and following up on sales quotations to secure orders

Developing and maintaining strong relationships with major accounts

Contributing ideas to grow our business and market presence

Staying informed about market trends and developments

Fostering a consultative and positive team environment

Demonstrating initiative, effective communication, and excellent organisational skills

Working independently and collaboratively to achieve team goals

About You
We’re looking for someone who is well presented, articulate, and experienced in earthmoving or truck parts. You will take ownership of your role, value accountability and responsibility, and be eager to go the extra mile for our customers and our business.

Qualifications & Skills:

3–5 years of parts interpreting experience preferred

Experience with construction and off-highway heavy mining equipment an advantage

Excellent computer proficiency

Strong written and verbal communication skills

A willingness to learn and grow professionally

Excellent organisational skills and the ability to manage priorities
