Tait Auto Group is seeking a full-time experienced Parts Interpreter / Service Advisor within our Tait Toyota St George Branch. Even though we are seeking an experienced staff member to join our team, we also encourage those looking for a career change to apply as all on the job training is provided in this role. This person will be required to work within both the Toyota and Ford/Nissan Branches.

Duties of the role:

• Identifying parts and components for customer requirements, both internal & external, at the counter and over the phone

• Material Handling

• Provide Guest Advise regarding parts specifications and vehicle maintenance.

• Raising Purchase Orders, Invoice Receipting and Distribution

• Customer Quotes & Invoice Preparation and Dispatch

• Building and Maintaining Guest Loyalty and Support, help grow our current customer base

• Build and maintain good working relationships within the other Departments in the Dealership

• Stock Control management Skills and experience

Desired Attributes (Training provided):

• Experience as a Parts Interpreter, or in a similar role in the agricultural or automotive industry

• Current Drivers Licence

• Current Forklift Ticket

• Clear communication skills both written and verbal

• Customer service oriented

• High degree of accuracy and attention to detail

• Computer literate

• Maintain a neat and tidy appearance in the workplace

• Physically fit to be able to lift heavy items
