We are currently seeking a Spare Parts Interpreter for our Murarrie, Brisbane Workshop. In this role, you will be overseeing the day to day operations of Spare Parts across various divisions in our Murarrie Workshop. Building your career in our industry, you will be interpreting and supporting our customers and off-site technicians.

Duties will include:

High quality customer service via phone and face to face enquiries

Managing stock and daily orders and ensuring stock inventory levels are adequate

Liaising with the Service Department to ensure parts are available for service work

Preparing and maintaining the Warehouse and Spare Parts areas

Following all safety rules and regulations in performing work assignments

Weekly workshop walkthroughs

To be Successful, you will possess:

Previous experience in Truck Spare Parts Interpreting. – highly regarded

Previous experience in a Parts environment – highly regarded

Excellent oral and written communication skills

Sound computer skills

An ability to work autonomously and exceed in your area

Current and valid Manual car licence (For deliveries and collections)

Forklift Licence - is desirable but can be obtained through the company

Self-motivated, organised with attention to detail and ability to work within a team or independently

Strong customer service focus and work ethic
