MEDICAL PRACTICE MANAGER

TOP SALARY: CAR PARKING

$95K - $100K plus super ( neg)

We have a permanent 4 day role for an experienced practice manager to run a very busy Sleep & Respiratory Specialist Practice, so if you are reliable, well presented and are a mature minded person, with excellent communication skills, along with a wonderful phone manner and organisational skills then this role is for you.

This is a dynamic practice which is fast paced, so the ability to prioritise is essential

Attention to detail a must.

Being a team player is a must

Ability to be tactful and able to work with professionals, showing a degree of leadership is a must. You will be in charge of the office with a part time secretary, plus a scientist and 3 other physicians.

Duties include:

Overseeing the smooth running of the reception desk and respiratory laboratory including staff

Meet & greet patients

Scheduling patient appointments

Inpatient billings

TAC/ Workcover claims

Debt management

Ordering office supplies

Assisting with all patient enquiries

Invoicing/receipting

Scanning of results, correspondence

IT skills ( Knowledge of Gentu and advantage)
