About the role

This part-time position offers the opportunity to work in a dynamic and supportive healthcare environment, delivering exceptional patient care and administrative support.

What you'll be doing

Manage the day-to-day operations of the medical practice, including patient bookings, appointment scheduling, and record-keeping

Provide friendly and professional customer service to patients, both in person and over the phone

Assist with the processing of medical claims and other administrative tasks

Contribute to the overall efficiency and organisation of the practice

Collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure a positive patient experience

What we're looking for

Proven experience in a medical receptionist or practice management role, preferably in a general practice setting

Excellent customer service and communication skills, with the ability to interact with patients, healthcare professionals, and other stakeholders

Strong organisational and time management skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritise effectively

Proficient in the use of medical software" Best Practice" and administrative systems

A team-oriented approach and the ability to work collaboratively in a dynamic healthcare environment

A commitment to maintaining patient confidentiality and privacy
