Job Summary

We’re looking for a proactive and motivated Traffic Delivery Coordinator to join our team. This role will work closely with our Operations Manager and be the link between our field staff and internal teams. You’ll help support the training, development and coordination of our frontline crew, while ensuring day-to-day operations run smoothly and to a high standard.

Responsibilities

Support onboarding, training and development of Traffic Controller's, Truck Mounted Attenuator Operator's and Team Leaders

Liaise between field staff, office and clients to ensure smooth daily operations

Coordinate field resources including vehicles, signage and operational tools

Monitor and support compliance with safety procedures and operational standards

Provide real-time support to field staff and address on-site challenges

Track and maintain field staff certifications, training and performance records

Collaborate with the Operations Manager on continuous improvement initiatives

Contribute to onsite inspections, investigations and reporting as required

Take an active role in team meetings, briefings and toolbox discussions

Be available for on-call support and respond to operational needs outside of standard hours

Requirements

Previous traffic management experience is essential, with supervisory or management experience preferred

Must hold a valid White Card and current traffic management tickets (TC & TMI preferred)

Must have flexible availability, including being on call as required

Strong organisational and communication skills

Confident using digital systems – experience with Traffio is a bonus

Ability to work under pressure and solve problems in real time

Confident dealing with clients, site representatives and stakeholders
