Position Summary:
Are you highly organised, process-driven, and passionate about delivering exceptional service? We’re seeking a Service Delivery Coordinator to join our team. This pivotal role ensures smooth technical service delivery by coordinating resources, maintaining high-quality customer service, and ensuring processes are followed to the highest standard.
Reporting to the Service Delivery Manager, you’ll work closely with our technical team, vendors, clients, and contractors to ensure we meet and exceed our service commitments.
What You'll Be Doing:
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following:
Triage & Ticket Management – Monitor and triage tickets, ensure correct categorisation, and identify out-of-scope work to be billed.
Resource Scheduling & Escalation – Allocate work to appropriate resources, manage roadblocks and escalations, and review work for quality.
Customer Liaison – Keep clients informed, educate them on best practices, and ensure smooth communication throughout service delivery.
Proactive & Preventative Maintenance – Champion technical standards, ensure proactive work is completed, and reduce recurring issues.
3rd Party Vendor Management – Liaise with vendors, enforce change control, and foster strong relationships.
Procurement & Sales Admin – Manage stock ordering/receiving, create quotes, and support reporting requirements.
Ensure Compliance – Follow and enforce our change management and procurement processes to minimise risk and deliver consistent results.
What You'll Bring:
Strong organisational and time management skills.
Excellent communication skills (written and verbal) — you keep people informed.
A problem-solving mindset — you remove roadblocks and get things done.
Experience in service coordination, IT support operations, or a similar role (MSP experience a plus).
Familiarity with ticketing and PSA tools (e.g., Autotask) is highly desirable.
A commitment to following (and improving!) processes and standards.
