We’re excited to announce our search for an experienced Maintenance Coordinator to jump onboard with a fantastic organisation in Wangaratta! Our client is after the ultimate professional to join their field services team, to provide support in the delivery of their infrastructure projects & maintenance.

The Role:
Our MC will support the operations manager to achieve all maintenance, construction & general engineering goals, by the supervision & coordination of the field services team members.
Key responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Supervise employees and manage staff development, undertake annual staff reviews, provide mentoring, monitor programs and review systems and procedures
Provide civil construction and technical advice regarding the maintenance and renewal of our built infrastructure including roads and bridges, drainage, shared paths and footpaths.
Assist the Operations Manager to plan, implement, monitor and review maintenance programs and project manage assigned capital works projects
Ensure OH&S and Risk Management policies and procedures are implemented.
Perform administrative duties including the auditing of timesheets, issue purchase orders, process invoices for payment and raise invoices for private works in accordance with policies, procedures and delegations.
Key Requirements:
Civil Construction and relevant industry experience, relating to road construction and maintenance (project management experience highly advantageous)
Knowledge of OH&S legalisation and the ability to promote a culture of work safe practice within a team environment.
Highly developed interpersonal skills and experience in leading, including performance management of staff.
Experience in budgets, reporting on projects, works and services.
Driver's license
