Key Responsibilities:

Assist with general administrative tasks, including document and file creation and maintenance

Screen and phone-interview potential new hires for traffic controller roles

Liaise with clients to accept bookings and confirm job details

Answer and direct incoming calls in a professional and friendly manner

Support day-to-day office needs such as stationery orders, supply restocking, and maintaining a tidy workspace.

Schedule traffic controllers for daily jobs and projects

Prepare and compile qualification documents for RPL (Recognition of Prior Learning) submissions

Skills & Experience:

Strong administrative and organisational skills

Excellent verbal and written communication

Confident using Microsoft Word, Excel, and email

Ability to multi-task, prioritise, and work under pressure

Previous experience in scheduling, traffic management, or operations coordination is a bonus but not essential

Discretion and the ability to handle confidential information appropriately

Traffic control experience highly regarded but not required
