You’ll help ensure customer jobs move from contract to install with minimal delay by owning the documentation, scheduling coordination, and install readiness workflow. Key Responsibilities:

Manage contract handover documentation and scheduling data

Coordinate logistics timelines and supplier communications

Maintain compliance records and rebate applications

Act as the first line of customer contact for admin-related queries

2–4 years’ experience in operations or project coordination
