We’re a high-growth solar company looking for a sharp and organised Delivery & Installation Coordinator to support our backend operations. You’ll help ensure customer jobs move from contract to install with minimal delay by owning the documentation, scheduling coordination, and install readiness workflow. This is a support-office role, not a field or warehouse role, perfect for someone who thrives on precision, systems, and coordination.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage contract handover documentation and scheduling data
Coordinate logistics timelines and supplier communications
Maintain compliance records and rebate applications
Act as the first line of customer contact for admin-related queries
What You’ll Bring:
2–4 years’ experience in operations or project coordination
High attention to detail, with a proactive and efficient mindset
Strong skills in CRM, document systems, and task management
Experience with solar or trades coordination is a plus
