Job Title: Assistant Night Manager

Location: Wetherill Park

Employment Type: Full-Time (5 nights)

We are seeking a proactive, detail-oriented Assistant Night Manager to support the smooth running of our nightly operations at our Adult venue in Sydney’s western suburbs.

This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, has excellent interpersonal skills, and takes pride in presentation and service excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist in preparing and managing weekly staff rosters

Update website content and shift-related information as required

Manage advertising subscriptions monthly

Lead pre-shift toolbox meetings to brief team on goals, updates, and expectations

Building strong relationships with clients and staff alike.

Monitor and maintain stock levels

Perform ad hoc administrative and operational duties as required

Ensure all staff uniforms and presentation meet high standards

Rotate Thursday and Saturday nights weekly

What We’re Looking For:

Previous experience in a supervisory or assistant management role, preferably in hospitality or service industry

Strong communication and leadership skills

High attention to detail, especially in presentation and client interaction

Comfortable with basic website updates (training can be provided)

Reliable, organised, and flexible with availability
