Are you a dynamic and highly organized professional with a passion for Licensed Venue Management, sales, events, and hospitality. The Maya Lounge, a premier entertainment venue in the heart of Sydney, is looking for an Venue Manager to join our team to grow multi nationality clientele!

About the Role

As our Venue Manager, you will be responsible for driving Smooth Venue Operation, Compliance, Bar and Kitchen management, event bookings and revenue growth while ensuring seamless event execution and marketing. This is a full-time role based in Sydney, NSW.

Key Responsibilities

Manage Venue: Smooth Venue Operation and adhere to Liquor Licnese compliance.

Sales & Business Development: Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive event bookings, functions, and special occasions.

Client Engagement: Manage the entire sales process, from initial inquiries and venue site visits to final bookings and event execution.

Marketing & Promotion: Promote The Maya Lounge through social media and face-to-face networking to attract new multinational clientele.

Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong connections with Staffs, clients, industry partners, and event planners.

Performance & Analysis: Track sales performance and event success, identifying opportunities for continuous improvement.

About You

We’re looking for a results-driven professional with:

Proven Knowledge of Bars and Liquor Licnese

Proven experience in event sales, hospitality, or a similar role

Strong communication and negotiation skills

A proactive and customer-focused approach

Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, social environment

Experience with social media marketing is a plus
