About the Role:

Oversee the venue during evening operations, ensuring exceptional customer experiences.

Lead and support a small, dedicated team, maintaining a positive and professional work culture.

Work closely with senior management to develop your leadership skills, with potential for career progression.

Manage daily venue operations, including staff coordination, compliance, and closing procedures.

Work in collaboration with the Bistro Manager to ensure smooth operations across the entire venue.

Uphold RSA and WHS standards, ensuring a safe and responsible environment.

A Bit About You:

Experience in a duty manager or leadership role within hospitality.

A passion for all things pubs, food, and community, with a solid understanding of pub operations.

A hands-on leadership approach with strong communication skills.

The ability to problem-solve and remain calm under pressure.

Current RSA certification.

Full-time availability, including nights and weekends.
