About The Opportunity
As the Junior Assistant Office Manager, you must be a self-starter with strong problem-solving and analytical skills. You will play a crucial role in supporting the office operations and some of your key responsibilities will include:
Office Duties:
Working within a multi-disciplinary team and confidently interacting with key stakeholders to ensure smooth communication and collaboration.
Maintaining and expanding current office practices.
Reporting to management and or customers using internal reporting tools.
Assisting the brokering team with account management of customers.
Assisting the service team with data entry, meter audits, retention lists and tendering.
Lead the data entry and quality assurance of invoices in collaboration with the Team.
Preparing monthly service reports, customer correspondence, and other routine account management documents.
Ensure service reliability to customers by resolve issues promptly and contributing recommendations for process improvement to management
Service and Data Integrity:
Increase operational efficiency by using data audits to help keep all data sources focused, accurate, and relevant
Liaise with customers, third-party vendors, and energy retailers to ensure data entry is accurate, organised, and up to date.
Enhance the accuracy of all data sources data by locating and filling in any gaps, locating and correcting any inaccuracies, and eliminating any duplicate information.
About You
The successful candidate will have:
3 years of experience in a similar role
Diploma or Certificate IV in Business Administration (desired)
Strong organisational skills and the ability to follow established processes.
Excellent communication skills and the ability to work well under pressure.
You will also have:
High competence in Microsoft EXCEL.
Advanced Excel skills including pivot tables, VLOOKUP functions, and macro creation
Prior experience in collecting, tracking, and analysing data is a plus.
A track record of meeting project deadlines and handling busy periods effectively.
Proven previous experience in Customer Service.
Previous Project Management experience
Accountancy and/or Bookkeeping background/experience preferable.
Previous work history in the Australian energy industry preferable but not essential.

Able to change tasks at short notice, set priorities, track workflows, and adapt well to a fast-paced environment.
Highly organised and follows office processes.
