Our primary objective is to supply industry leading marine solutions, both offshore and in port, for our clients across the shipping, oil & gas, resource, construction and commercial vessel operations sectors.

Jetwave is about to enter a period of growth and expansion and is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Chief Operations Officer to lead operations across our business units. Reporting to the CEO and working closely with the leadership team, the newly created role of COO will ensure the company's operations are efficient, safe, cost-effective and aligned with corporate objectives. This role demands a strategic thinker with extensive experience in the marine or related industries, operational excellence leadership and a proven ability to drive growth.

Key responsibilities include;

• Monitor and oversee the day-to-day running of vessel, subsea, port services and quayside services via the Business Unit Managers, to ensure effective delivery and performance

• Ensure all Operations services produce the planned and budgeted results and are consistent with company objectives, overall strategy and mission.

• Preparation and implementation annual work plans and budgets for activities associated with marine and subsea operations and maintenance.

• Review of financial and non-financial reports for vessel operations and port services to identify trends and implement effective solutions to increase efficiency.

• Provide outstanding leadership to Operations team members, including opportunities for coaching and development.

• Analyse the performance of Jetwave operational teams and continuously improve in line with best practices to provide highest client satisfaction.

• Contribute to a marketing strategy and actions to build trust relations with key partners and stakeholders.

• Provide effective team and project management leadership, including managing completion timelines, monitoring of costs, and ensuring project goals are met.

• Focus on the cultivating of strong, trust-based customer relationships, which drives the ongoing commercial success.
