ERH services the Shire of Campaspe and the cross-border Murray River Council. Echuca Moama and townships are located directly across the state border from one another, separated by the Murray River.

Applications are sought from suitably qualified Receptionists/ Administrators to expand their career working at the Greater Bendigo Loddon Campaspe Mental Health and Wellbeing – The Local with Echuca Regional Health.

Key responsibilities include:

Welcome and assist consumers accessing or enquiring about services

Ensure all incoming phone calls are answered promptly and respectfully, including booking and confirming appointments

Support administrative tasks such as scheduling meetings, preparing agendas and recording meeting minutes

Ensure all reporting and correspondence is completed in a timely manner, is of high quality, and meets the needs of referring agents, healthcare providers people using the service

Maintain efficient office systems, secure storage, accurate data entry and effective retrieval of Local data, resources and documents, continue to develop and maintain Locals data base of contacts and relevant services

Assist the Local’s Leadership Team in identifying, establishing, improving and maintaining administrative processes

Coordinate the management of incoming and outgoing mail

Qualifications/experience required:

A Current Australian Drivers License

Effective and efficient use of relevant technologies, including key components of Microsoft Office, Word, Excel, Outlook, Internet Explorer and appropriate health management systems

Well-developed interpersonal and written communication skills

Ability to demonstrate self-motivation, resilience, initiative, creativity, influence, autonomy, empathy and diplomacy

Proven high level of organisational and time management skills in performing multiple tasks and setting priorities
