Business Development Manager – Beauty (VIC)
INSKIN COSMEDICS is looking for a passionate and results-driven Business Development Manager (BDM) to join our dynamic team. As a leader in the professional beauty industry, we offer an exciting opportunity to work with award-winning skincare products and cutting-edge global devices. About the Role
As the BDM, you will oversee and develop existing business partnerships, as well as strategically identify and secure new business opportunities within the Melbourne & VIC region. You’ll work closely with beauty professionals, helping them grow their businesses through tailored solutions, product training, and ongoing support. This is a hands-on role requiring face-to-face interactions, strong interpersonal skills, business acumen, and a deep understanding of the beauty industry.
Key Responsibilities:
- Business Growth: Drive the growth of existing partnerships while identifying and onboarding new clients in the professional beauty space.
- Relationship Management: Build and nurture strong, long-lasting relationships with beauty professionals and key stakeholders.
- Training & Support: Provide in-depth product training, business health checks, and on-the-ground support to help partners achieve their business goals.
- Sales Strategy: Develop tailored business strategies that align with clients' needs while achieving your sales targets and contributing to overall company growth.
- Brand Representation: Represent INSKIN COSMEDICS professionally, maintaining strong brand presence and ensuring consistency across the territory.
About You:
- Experience: Minimum of 2 years in a BDM role within the beauty or professional skincare industry.
- Qualifications: Cert IV in Beauty Therapy or equivalent qualification is preferred.
- Skills: Strong communication and relationship-building skills. Ability to develop and execute business strategies to achieve growth.
- Attributes: Motivated, results-oriented, highly organised, and customer-focused.
- Travel: Flexibility to travel within the assigned territory (valid driver’s license and reliable car required).
- Residency: Must be an Australian resident to apply.
