Reporting into Group Operations Manager you will oversea both the team training and operational aspects of the restaurant.

Skills & Experience

Ideally we are looking for an experience and humble assistant restaurant manager who can drive a team in a caring manner and further enhance a quality product. We are looking for someone with a strong knowledge of wine and food and a genuine passion for delivery quality service.
