About the Role:

We’re looking for an Assistant Restaurant Manager to support daily venue operations and ensure exceptional service across all touchpoints. This full-time position is ideal for a driven and experienced hospitality professional ready to take the next step in their leadership journey.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist in managing daily service operations

Lead, train and support front-of-house staff

Manage stock, ordering, and inventory systems

Maintain high standards of customer service and guest satisfaction

Support functions and high tea service where required

Ensure compliance with WHS and food safety standards

You’ll Need:

Proven experience in a supervisory or management role in hospitality

A strong customer service focus and professional approach

Excellent communication and team leadership skills

Understanding of POS and reservation systems (e.g., ResDiary)

Passion for food, wine, and premium service
