We’re currently seeking passionate and experienced managers to join our growing team. You’ll work closely with the Restaurant Manager to lead daily operations, support a high-performing team, and contribute to the continued success of the venue as part of a hospitality group poised for expansion.

Key Responsibilities – Assistant Restaurant Manager

As Assistant Restaurant Manager, you will play a vital role in supporting the day-to-day operations of the restaurant, ensuring exceptional service, smooth shift execution, and a motivated, well-trained team. Working closely with the Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for:

Leading service on the floor, maintaining high standards of hospitality and guest engagement during busy service periods.

Supporting staff training and development, helping build a confident, capable front-of-house team.

Managing daily operations, including reservations, table allocations, section running, and opening/closing procedures.

Handling customer feedback and resolving issues in a calm, professional manner to ensure repeat business and guest satisfaction.

Assisting with rostering and labour management, ensuring the team is effectively resourced for all services.

Maintaining venue presentation and cleanliness standards, including compliance with RSA, WHS, and hygiene protocols.

Supporting stock control and ordering processes, particularly in relation to beverages and front-of-house consumables.

Contributing to team morale and culture, acting as a positive and hands-on leader in all areas of service.
