In this role you’ll:

• Lead day-to-day operations alongside the Restaurant Manager
• Support a team of 15–25 across FOH and BOH in a high-volume environment
• Drive KPIs including service times, COGS, labour and customer satisfaction
• Train and coach your team through structured L&D systems
• Help build a positive, high-performance culture in your store

You’ll need:

• Experience in QSR, fast food or fast-paced casual dining (Assistant Manager or above preferred)
• Strong communication and leadership skills
• A passion for hospitality, people and leading from the front
