Role overview:

• Identify and source new materials, finishes, and construction products not currently used
• Assess feasibility, cost, and buildability of new products
• Price up new home designs, display homes, and design variations
• Involved from early design stages through to build-ready stage
• Liaise with designers, suppliers, and internal teams
