As a key member of our dedicated Procurement Team, you’ll work closely with both internal and external stakeholders to drive efficiencies and elevate service levels across a diverse range of products and services.

Your day-to-day will include:

• Acting as the trusted point of contact for stakeholders to source appropriate products and services that align with Peninsula’s policies and compliance standards
• Evaluating supplier quotes and ensuring the right products and services are secured at competitive prices
• Using your commercial acumen to position Peninsula as the preferred customer among suppliers.
• Assessing contract risks and monitoring service level quality to protect Peninsula & our associate entities interests
• Managing budgets to maintain financial discipline

What We’re Looking For:

• Minimum 2 years’ experience in Procurement, Purchasing, or Supply Chain roles
• Exposure to multiple categories, including Fleet Management, Travel, and IT
• Strong computer skills, particularly with Microsoft Word and Excel
• Proven experience partnering with finance teams—understanding budgets, invoice management, purchase orders, and obtaining quotes
• A valid driver’s license is essential
