The Role
Reporting to the Business Manager, the HR Manager will be responsible for leading all aspects of human resource operations. From employment contracts and performance management to workforce planning and compliance, you’ll play a critical role in aligning HR strategies with organisational objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage employment contracts and staff onboarding
Lead monthly performance review processes
Maintain and update HR policies and procedures
Coordinate recruitment and workforce planning
Resolve grievances with professionalism and discretion
Ensure legislative compliance and promote HR best practices
Champion workplace health and safety practices
What You’ll Bring
Essential:
Tertiary qualifications in HR, Business Management or related field
Proven experience in a senior HR role
Deep knowledge of Fair Work legislation and Australian employment law
Strong communication, mediation and relationship management skills
Experience in performance management, recruitment, and compliance
Desirable:
Experience in agriculture, labour hire, or logistics
Familiarity with ISO or other quality assurance systems
