This is both a strategic and ‘hands-on’ role for a HR professional.

This established role is based in Brisbane QLD (Hemmant) and boasts a

About the Role

Reporting to the General Manager of Shared Services, the Human Resource Manager will be responsible for the full employee lifecycle. This is an operational leadership role with direct accountability for workforce planning, compliance, development, reporting, and employee engagement. This role combines leadership, coaching, compliance with a significant focus on workforce development and engagement.

Key Responsibilities include

Lead end-to-end HR operations across multiple locations nationally

Ensure compliance with relevant legislation and regulations across blue- and white-collar workers

Manage and Mentor our company managers

Manage talent acquisition and retention strategies

Implement performance management, training & development programs

Oversee HR policies, employee relations & organisational change

Oversee benefits administration and coordinate with Finance (Payroll)

Prepare and maintain HR metrics and monthly HR reporting to guide our corporate decision-making

Adhoc travel may be required at times, to Sydney, Melbourne, Adelaide & Perth

Key Requirements you will Have

Demonstrated experience Human Resources Management positions (HR Manager level or above), overseeing all core human resources functions, with a preference for roles Supply Chain & Logistics

Experience managing HR across both blue- and white-collar workers

Strong understanding of Industrial Awards and Regulations

Strong leadership, mentoring, compliance knowledge and great communication and engagement skills

Minimum Bachelor of Business (Human Resources Management) Degree or higher
