We’re Pivot Wealth — a fast-growing advice-led firm helping clients unlock serious wealth. We’re looking for a strategic broker who wants to do more than just write loans. You’ll lead the way in building smart, high-impact lending strategies for clients who are already engaged and ready to go.

💼 What You’ll Be Doing

Work directly with high-income, HNW clients to deliver tailored lending strategies

Partner with our Advisers to align lending with bigger-picture financial plans

Manage the full client journey - no cold calling, no low-value leads (> 75% conversion on leads to settlement)

Leverage strong broker support (you focus on strategy, we handle the admin)

Stay sharp on policy, structuring, and compliance (we’ll support you there too)

🎯 What You Bring

2+ years’ experience as a Mortgage Broker with a track record of quality lending

Confidence working with complex scenarios (trusts, RSUs, business owners)

Strong communicator who builds trust quickly and puts clients at ease

Clean compliance record and solid attention to detail

Tech-savvy and comfortable managing your own workflow
