About the role
This is an exciting opportunity to join the team at Prince Capital Solutions as a Mortgage Broker or Senior Mortgage Broker. Based in our Sydney office, this contract role will allow you to provide tailored mortgage solutions to clients across the Banking & Financial Services and Mortgages sectors. You will have the opportunity to build your own client portfolio and earn uncapped commission based on your performance.

What you'll be doing

Actively engage with clients to understand their financial goals and recommend the most suitable mortgage products

Manage the end-to-end mortgage application process, including liaising with lenders, processing paperwork, and ensuring timely approvals

Source new business opportunities through networking and referrals

Stay up-to-date with changes in the mortgage market and continuously expand your product knowledge

Work collaboratively with the wider team to share best practices and support the growth of the business

What we're looking for

Minimum of 2 years' experience as a mortgage broker or in a relevant financial services role

Strong understanding of the mortgage industry, including products, regulations, and compliance requirements

Excellent customer service and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients

Proven track record of achieving sales targets and generating new business

Highly organised with the ability to multi-task and manage competing priorities

Relevant qualifications, such as a Certificate IV in Finance and Mortgage Broking or a Bachelor's degree in Finance or Business
