🔑 Key Responsibilities

Own your pipeline: Proactively manage your sales pipeline and workflow to drive conversions and fast-track settlements.

Exceed expectations: Consistently hit or surpass monthly settlement targets by delivering standout service and smart solutions.

Guide every step: Manage the client journey from lead to post-settlement, ensuring seamless support and satisfaction.

Be the expert: Stay up to date with lender policies and ensure every submission is accurate, complete, and high quality.

Build connections: Attend industry events and strengthen networks with key internal and external stakeholders.

Proven sales success with a growth mindset and dedication to client outcomes.

Strong communication and relationship-building skills across all levels.

Must have commercial lending experience and a deep understanding of business finance.

Ability to confidently read and interpret financial statements and tax returns for loan assessment purposes.

Experience handling loan variations, discharge applications, and compliance.

In-depth knowledge of lending, the housing market, and regulatory trends.

Strategic thinker with analytical ability to drive smarter business decisions.

Self-starter who thrives in a collaborative, fast-paced team environment.

🙋 About You

You’ll shine in this role if you:

Hold a Diploma in Finance & Mortgage Broking (or equivalent).

Bring 3+ years’ experience in a similar role, with specific expertise in commercial and residential lending.

Are highly proficient in reviewing financial documents, including tax returns, BAS statements, and company financials.

Are exceptionally organized and calm under pressure.

Deliver outstanding customer service with every interaction.

Take initiative, solve problems creatively, and sweat the small stuff.

Work independently and meet deadlines with ease.

National Police Check is required.
