About The Role
This is a fantastic opportunity for a Practice Manager to have a significant impact in the continued growth of our long-established practice in Sydenham, a challenging role with broad responsibilities and excellent opportunities to truly shape the direction of our practice's customer experience, team management, and business development.
Your duties will include but not be limited to:
Leading and managing a small support team.
Delivering marketing and business development activities with a focus on building strong relationships with both clients and local businesses.
Collating and analysing statistics related to the business, including the physio and administration teams’ performance.
Providing outstanding customer service to ensure every client has a positive and meaningful experience after every visit.
Collaborating and communicating effectively with the administration and physio teams to ensure exceptional client health outcomes are achieved.
Diary management including rostering administration staff and scheduling physiotherapy bookings.
Monitoring, managing and following up on all outstanding and overdue accounts with appropriate parties.
Ensuring existing administration procedures are conducted efficiently, following up all errors and reviewing if improvements can be made.
Ensuring the practice (waiting room, consult rooms, gym, staff room, etc) is clean, tidy and safe at all times.
About you
The successful applicant will be highly organised, detail-oriented, friendly, have excellent communication skills and be a great team player. The successful candidate will also be a passionate leader who has the following:
Availability to work a flexible roster between the hours of 8am-8pm Monday to Friday, and 8am-2pm on Saturdays.
Previous experience in a similar management role.
Leadership skills including people management, coaching and personal development.
Customer/Client service experience.
Has a hands-on, calm-under-pressure-approach, with high standards and a focus on continuous improvement.
Ability to multitask and prioritise in a fast-paced environment with a proactive approach.
A mature approach to work and problem-solving.
Empathy for our clients and a drive to support them and their families.
Is confident, motivated, and driven to continuously improve and learn.
