The Role:

As a Night Cleaning Manager, you’ll be in charge of overseeing the night shift cleaning operations, ensuring everything is spotless and shining bright. You’ll be leading and inspiring a team of talented cleaners, driving excellence in everything they do, and ensuring client satisfaction.

What You’ll Be Doing:

Lead & Inspire: Manage and motivate a dynamic team of cleaners to ensure high-quality standards are consistently met across all sites.

Client Excellence: Be the key point of contact for clients during the night shift, ensuring their needs are met and any issues are addressed promptly.

Quality Control: Perform regular inspections to ensure exceptional cleaning standards and identify areas for improvement.

Health & Safety First: Ensure compliance with safety standards to create a safe working environment for your team and clients.

Team Development: Provide training, mentoring, and support to your team, helping them reach their full potential and creating a motivated, cohesive workforce.

What We’re Looking For:

Proven Leadership: You have a track record of successfully managing teams of 20+ and driving results in a cleaning or facilities management role.

Night Shift Enthusiast: You’re comfortable with night shifts and appreciate the flexibility of having your mornings free.

Strong Communication: You’re an excellent communicator, able to build relationships with both clients and team members.

Problem Solver: You thrive in fast-paced environments and can think on your feet, quickly solving problems as they arise.
