Advent Facilities Management is looking for a hands-on Cleaning Operations Manager to lead day-to-day service delivery across multiple client sites in Newcastle and surrounding areas.

This full-time, on-site role suits someone eager to learn and grow, with support from a Senior Account Manager.

Manage cleaning schedules and service delivery

Support and train staff and contractors

Act as main point of contact for clients

Attend site visits and resolve issues quickly

Keep records and systems up to date
