As the HR Manager, you'll be responsible for delivering a comprehensive HR service for this Sydney studio. The role will lead all aspects of HR and provide guidance to Studio Leaders, whilst overseeing all people-related matters for the wider team.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee leadership of the HR functions, developing strategies and business plans alongside Studio Leaders.

Act as first point of contact for employees regarding HR matters.

Uphold and maintain HR policies and procedures ensuring these comply with employment legislation and regulations.

Managing the day-to-day resourcing requirements on projects - ensuring the required number of staff with relating experience, skills and abilities.

Review the needs of projects on a weekly basis alongside Project Leaders/ Studio Leaders. Work with Operations Manager regarding resource allocation and resource requirements.

Handle recruitment process - attracting and retaining highest caliber of people in industry.

Collaborate with Operations Manager on the annual salary review and remuneration packages.

Coordinate learning and development activities.

Skills and Experience:

4+ years experience in HR or People & Culture within architecture and design industry.

Degree in business administration, human resource or a related discipline.

Knowledge of employment laws and legislation.

Excellent understanding of resourcing, project deliverables and project stages.

Outstanding people management skills.

Effective communicator, with ability to form strong working relationships.

Excellent problem-solver and positive mentality.
