About the role

Join the dynamic team at HENDERSON HOSE AND FITTINGS' as an industrial internal sales professional. In this full-time role based in Perth, WA 6000, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and driving sales for the company's wide range of industrial hose and fittings products.

What you'll be doing

• Handling inbound sales enquiries and orders from customers in a timely and professional manner
• Providing detailed product information and technical advice to help customers find the right solutions for their needs
• Preparing accurate quotes and order confirmations
• Coordinating with the logistics team to ensure prompt delivery of products
• Building and maintaining strong relationships with existing customers
• Identifying and pursuing new sales opportunities within your territory
• Collaborating with the broader sales team to contribute to the overall sales strategy

What we're looking for

• Proven experience in a sales coordinator or similar customer-facing role, ideally within the industrial or manufacturing sector
• Strong product knowledge and the ability to provide technical guidance to customers
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with customers
• A proactive, solutions-oriented mindset and the drive to exceed sales targets
• Strong organisational and multitasking skills to handle multiple enquiries and orders simultaneously
• Proficiency in using relevant sales and customer relationship management (CRM) software
