About the Role

We are seeking an Internal Sales to play a key role in lead generation, sales growth, and client relationship management. This is an exciting opportunity to join a company that supplies LGS Home Kits, Structural Steel, and Brickies Hardware to contractors and manufacturers across WA.

What you'll be doing

Identify new business opportunities through inbound inquiries, cold calls, emails, or LinkedIn outreach.

Develop and maintain strong client relationships, understanding their needs and offering suitable solutions.

Provide quotes, negotiate pricing, and close sales deals.

Process and coordinate sales orders, ensuring smooth order fulfillment.

Offer after-sales support and resolve any customer issues efficiently.

Stay updated on market trends and competitor activities.

Maintain accurate sales records, generate reports, and contribute to sales strategies.

Meet and exceed sales targets while continuously improving sales processes.

Liaise with warehouse and logistics team to ensure accurate stock levels and timely deliveries.

What we're looking for

Experience in internal sales with a strong steel background.

Established relationships with WA-based contractors and manufacturers.

Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Experience using CRM software for sales tracking.

Self-motivated, proactive, and results-driven.

Willingness to develop into a Sales Team Leader role.

What we offer

Competitive salary: $80,000 - $95,000 per year.
