The Role

We are looking to welcome a new internal sales representative to join our successful team. There is already an existing quality client base and this role requires somebody who is organised, confident, motivated, has perseverance and loves working in a small team:

Being the first and ongoing point of contact between the customer and the company

Managing all the phases of the sales process, including taking and processing of orders and the preparation and submission of quotes

Following up quotes with customers and actively working to convert quotes to sales

Able to operate both autonomously and part of a small team, with minimal supervision, using your already developed sales and business development skills and experience

Sales Experience

Minimum 3 years' experience in an internal sales role

Previous experience in the plumbing industry especially with a plumbing merchant would be an advantage

Excellent interpersonal, negotiation and communication skills

Experience in Microsoft office suite and MYOB preferred

Be confident, willing to learn quickly and take direction well
