Sales and Tender Coordinator
Location: Maddington
Employment Type: 6 month contract (40hrs/week, 8am to 5pm) with view to permanency
Reports to: Chief Revenue Officer (CRO)
Salary: $80000 - $100000pa

We’re looking for a detail-oriented Sales and Tender Coordinator to be the right hand to the Chief Revenue Officer, supporting the sales function across all states. You’ll play a vital role coordinating tender submissions, managing CRM systems, and keeping communication seamless between teams and clients.

What you’ll be doing:

• Supporting the CRO with managing priorities, documents, and follow ups
• Updating CRM records and generating sales reports
• Coordinating and compiling accurate tender submissions on time
• Running customer support surveys and reporting insights
• Maintaining HubSpot CRM data, automation workflows, and reports
• Tracking tenders, opportunity pipelines, and internal communications
• Collaborating across teams to align on sales and tender goals
• Using Microsoft Teams and Office 365 tools for smooth coordination

What we’re looking for:

• Experience in sales coordination and/or tender management
• HubSpot CRM familiarity, ideally with admin-level experience
• Confident in Microsoft Office 365 (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and Teams
• Strong analytical skills with a keen eye for sales data
• Excellent organisation, multitasking, and communication skills
• Self motivated and thrives in a fast paced, deadline driven environment
• Project management experience is a bonus
