About the role
We have exciting opportunities for casual Team Members to join our amazing team. As a Team Member, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring a memorable experience for our members.

Pay Rates:

Mon-Fri $32.32, Sat $38.78, Sun $45.25.

Additional Mon-Fri rates: 7pm-midnight $2.81/ hr, midnight-7am $4.22/ hr

What you'll be doing

Creating experiences for our members and guests

Committing to only accepting the highest of standards

Performing a variety of different responsibilities - no boredom. Duties are in bistro, café, bars, restaurant, reception, and gaming.

Working together as a team to achieve success

Following all policies and procedures

Supporting veterans, their families and the wider community

Have fun while being paid

What we're looking for

Previous experience in a customer-facing hospitality role

Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to provide exceptional customer service

A positive, friendly and energetic personality, with a genuine passion for the hospitality industry

Excellent problem-solving and multitasking abilities to handle a fast-paced environment

A flexible and adaptable approach to work, with the willingness to take on a variety of tasks

A current RSA, Food Safety Certificate and the ability to obtain an RSG.
