About the role

As an Event Florist at PHOENIX EVENTS, you will be responsible for creating beautiful floral displays and arrangements for a variety of Special Events including Weddings. Reporting to the Events Manager, you will play a crucial role in bringing the company's vision to life and ensuring our clients' events are visually stunning. This is a casual position based in Bundall, Queensland.

What you'll be doing

Designing and crafting unique floral centrepieces, bouquets, and other arrangements for Corporate Events and Weddings

Setting up and arranging floral displays on-site at event venues

Creating bespoke Wedding florals including Bouquet design, Ceremony & Reception styling

Collaborating with the Events team to understand client requirements and translate their vision into stunning floral designs

Maintaining a clean and organised work environment, including the proper care and storage of all floral materials

What we're looking for

Extensive experience as a professional florist, with a strong portfolio of Event and Wedding floral design work

Excellent knowledge of flowers, foliage, and floral design principles

Exceptional creativity and an eye for aesthetics to create unique, visually stunning designs

Strong time management and organisational skills to coordinate the delivery and setup of floral elements

Ability to work collaboratively with the Events team and liaise effectively with clients as well as working unassisted

Enthusiasm for the Wedding & Events industry and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service

A valid driver's licence and access to a vehicle
