About the role

Neighbourhood Productions is seeking enthusiastic and reliable casual event production crew to join our team in Townsville, Queensland. As a Casual Event Production Crew (Load In/Out), you will play a crucial role in the setup and pack down of event AV production and staging equipment.

What you'll be doing

Loading/unloading trucks, staging and AV gear

Assisting with event setup and pack-down under crew supervision

Moving equipment onsite at venues or outdoor locations

Supporting basic warehouse prep and vehicle loading

Maintaining safe work practices at all times

Working late nights and weekends as required

Travelling regionally for some jobs (accommodation/transport provided)

What we're looking for

A strong work ethic and a good attitude

Physically fit and ready for hands-on labour

Comfortable following direction and working in a team

Basic AV or event experience a bonus, but not essential

White Card (Construction Induction) – can be supplied if you don’t already have one

Driver’s Licence required (MR/Forklift/EWP tickets a bonus)
