About the role
EPICURE at Brisbane City Hall is seeking passionate and experienced Casual Food & Beverage Attendants to join our dynamic team in Brisbane, QLD. In this casual position, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer service and contributing to the overall success of our hospitality operations.
What you'll be doing
Providing attentive and friendly table service to customers, including taking orders, serving food and beverages, and clearing tables
Assisting with the preparation of food and beverage items as needed
Maintaining a clean and well-organised work environment, ensuring compliance with health and safety standards
Addressing customer inquiries and resolving any issues in a professional and courteous manner
Supporting the broader hospitality team as required, including setup and pack down of event spaces
What we're looking for
Previous experience in a similar food and beverage attendant or waitstaff role, ideally within the hospitality industry
Strong customer service skills and a genuine passion for delivering exceptional experiences
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, with a friendly and approachable demeanour
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, collaborative team environment
Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including evenings, weekends and public holidays
Current Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) certification or willingness to obtain
